SequelQuest Rewind | Gremlins Franchise Sequel | EP39

1984, the year we learned that terrifying things come in cute packages, if you don’t follow the rules. Gremlins written by Chris Columbus, produced by Steven Spielberg and Directed by Joe Dante was a horrific surprise to many as little green monsters terrorized a small town on Christmas Eve.

The furry Mogwai known as Gizmo and his human buddy, Billy (Zach Gallagan) returned to the big screen in 1990 for an even wackier adventure that saved New York City in Gremlins 2: The New Batch before finding themselves lost to cinematic history. Finally, 27 years later, it’s time for a showstopping return.

SequelQuest presents Gremlins 3! This time Jeff, Jeramy, Adam along with special guest and professional puppeteer, Kelly Campbell (Jeff’s sister) are imagining under what circumstances you dare unleash the Gremlins upon humanity again. So click below to listen to all the fun and mayhem.

As an added bonus we were lucky enough to get an interview with the designer and original puppeteer of the Gremlins, Chris Walas. You can click here to learn the true origins of Gizmo, Stripe and the rest of those troublesome green guys.
