WMG Salutes ‘Bullet’ Bob Armstrong

The legendary wrestler and WWE Hall of Famer “Bullet” Bob Armstrong has passed away at 80. His sons confirmed on social media that he succumbed to the cancer he had been battling for months.

You may know him as the Southern-born Southern-bred thoroughbred, the Georgia Jawjacker, or simply as the Bullet, we bid adieu to the life of Bob Armstrong but cherish his memory and legacy in this Wrestling Memory Grenade special podcast celebrating the career of Bullet Bob.

Host Ray Russell offers up a brief career retrospective on Armstrong and some of his more memorable periods in the ring. From there, Steve Eckstat reminisces about his fond memories of the Bullet as Commissioner of Smoky Mountain Wrestling.
